1. Carbon steel ball head will crack in nitrate, ammonia, alkaline sodium and other environments. The elimination

2. Stress corrosion cracking of austenitic stainless steel occurs in the specific environment with chloride ions, and
suitable materials are selected in the design of spherical head.
3. Carbon steel containers that need hot-dip galvanizing or aluminizing should be heat treated first to remove residual stress.
